FM10 Installed fine. Now when I go to load up the game nothing happens :( Any ideas?

Okay, so in more detail, here's what's happening:

Installed the game with no trouble at all. Played it for a bit, saved and closed game down. That's the only time I've played it.

When I click on Football Manager in my programs menu, nothing happens!! I've checked, before you ask, that the disk is in the drive but nothing. It's dead. Absolutely no response whatsoever.

Has anyone else encountered this and/or does anyone know why it's happening and how I can fix it?

Ps. I'm using Windows 7, incase that helps.

Uninstall, then re-install. The install may have missed a file, or a file may be corrupt. See what happens after that.
