Robson Brown has definitely improved. Physically and Mentally his attributes have improved and are starting to look almost world class, technically he still needs to improve but he is still only 19. He has been called up to the Senior England Squad in the last few months but yet to make the break through. He has just come back to fitness after a broken arm which would explain the drop in agility and stamina. That should change as the season goes on.

Not always any level of club can get a world class regen, Robson Brown first appeared for me in Div 1 with Millwall and has just been capped by the Senior England side in his 3rd season. Yes you are more likely to get better regens in top teams mainly due to the better scouting set up, better (usually) youth set up and higher reputation but occasionally even small clubs can get an awesome regen.
