Finishing trainer stats?

I'm in need of a good finishing trainer. I've searced the forums and i couldn't fint a thread that answered my question, therefore i post it here.

I can't figure out which stats that makes a good Finishing trainer.
I guess the classic attributes for coaches is good: Determination, Discipline and Motivate
Which is the other key attributes?

I would guess technique and attacking, is that right?

I believe you are correct since that's what's needed for the shooting training.

Tosh Farrell is a 4.5-5 star coach in shooting

Man Management is pivotal too, along with Attacking, and to an extent Technique.
