View attachment 288005
Muamba returns to the Reebok
Championship team Bolton Wanderers has revealed former midfielder Fabrice Muamba has retired from professional football and will takeover as manager. The 24 year old Englishman, suffered a cardiac arrest against Tottenham Hotspur back in March, has been told to retire by doctors after the incident which ould have taken his life. These were some of the quotes from Wanderers owner Eddie Davies:
'Fabrice will always be with us and we offered him a big role at the club'
'We knew football would never leave him and everybody knew he had fantastic leadership qualities'
'Fabrice understand's his condition and will take the job step by step'
-I know he retired in August and un-realistic for him to manage a team but think it would be a great story if he lead Bolton to the Prem or even win it-View attachment 288005
