getting a new clubs logo in game???

Hi,
I made a new club United Newcastle and made them a logo to place in game, after going to the config file in notepad and add there <record from="utdnewcastle" to="graphics/pictures/club/2062002128/icon"/> and saving the file nothing shows in game except the default logo.. the picture when made was saved as a png, the normal logo was around 400pixels whilst the small being around 20-30 if i recall, so why wont they show in game please help and if anyone could make me a working config file for the logo that would be great thanks

Have you unticked the skin-cache box?
I don't know if you have only that sentence in the file, but it should look like the file i've attached.
Also make sure you save it like a xml-file and not just like a notepad.
