Getting used to Fomation question

Hi, i started a new game as Toulouse
We are currently 3 games un beaten and using 4221
i had Teamwork on high as match prep presason and used defensive on normal when the season started
Everything on match prep is either ok or acomplished, but formation has hardly moved and is on awkward:-\ any ideas how to inprove this?

Maybe its because you've only got 9 players in the outfield

Uhm i got the same problem.. Mines move a tiny bit, but my assistant manager keep telling me i need to look at the problem.

Right now im using Very High workload, and attacking movement.

Mine is following the same trend alhtough having played 1/3 of the season, I am fluid in all but formation where I am now "bang in the middle"
