Have transfer budgets changed in the winter update?

Have transfer budges changed or remained the same for most teams since the winter update? Sorry if this has already been asked couldn't see it.

Is there a list anywhere of the current budgets. Got 1 brighton save going but want to start a premier league save as well. I chop and change between the games when i get bored lol.

is there a list of any of these especially for the english leagues. looking to start a league 1 game and hoping to play with a team who have a transfer/wage budget available

thanks although was looking for League 1 Budgets for teams like Coventry and Walsall etc

Use the editor jsut filter to league one, and add the finances column.

This was done in November.
