Growing as a player..

Hey.
My Goalkeeper's current ability is 3 and a half stars.
Hes 21 years old.
It says that he isnt likely to improve in the future. But hes 21 years old ???
Surely he is going to improve in the future.
Is it possible that he can go from being 3 and a half stars to 4 or 5 stars ??

how good are the staff advising you? remember this report is only as good as the person issuing it. so if you have a rubbish assistnat/coach then he may not be able to see the players potential.

goalkeeprs usually peak in the late 20's to early 30's, so yes i think he will improve.

get better staff to ensure you get more accurate reports on your players.

I would agree with that entirely, i have often chuckled at some of my assistants thoughts on players and it wouldnt suprise me if a lot of players on here dismiss a lot of their assistants advise when they first start. Get in a good assistant manager with 15+ judging player potential/ability and you will get more of an accurate comment.

Alternatively ship the keeper out if he gets worse!!
