Has the List of Player IDs been updated?

Does anyone know if this useful text document from 2009 has been updated in the last year or so?

As we are now entering the year 2012, I should imagine so.

ID's wont change, other than new players that have been added to the database since 2009. For example Frank Lampard will have the same ID, but a new player like Paul Pogba for example (who i don't think was around in 2009) will have a new number not present on that list.
