Having trouble loading facepacks

I have extracted to the correct folder as intructions in the FM 2011 Facepack thread. Everything is clicked/unclicked as described.

No faces in game. I didnt have anything to change cuz I already have a skin installed. I even unlcicked and re-clicked boxes to give me the confirm button....nothing.

I have saved and restarted the game as well. Screenshots below.

They are in the C:\Users\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\graphics\faces folder (just the .png images and the config file)

Can anybody help?

Im Having the exact same problem with my game. I have the Man U, Liverpool and Wonderkids Facepacks, they are all in the graphics folder in Football Manager 2011 under faces, and the boxes in preferences are ticked appropriately, and yet no more faces show up in the game
