Heavy Training Workload

Hey, has anyone seen this before...? I don't understand why my overall training workload is "heavy" even though it is given "light" for every single individual category:

Glitch? Or is the overall rating not an average, but a measure of something else like training facilities / player training levels?

I think it's the overall player training level, I'm sure one of the better mods will know for sure.

I think the workload in the 'Overview' relates to coaching. So your coaches have a light workload which is good as it means you get best use out of them. In the summary that relates to the intensity of the training schedules which directly effects the players.
