Hi Guys, i always get sacked before december at start of the season. My question here is should i base on player "position "and his "plaing role" to create a formation & tactics or create a formation and tactics to slot in the player? and how not to get sacked and get to the top table? Thanks in advance if anyone can help with my query. i am stuck in the game
