Help with a 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow

Im currently playing a Net Game in Ligue 1 (P.S.G)
I need some help with what roles to play my players and team instructions to employ.

The Back 5
GK - Coupet, Areola
DR - Kvekiskiri, Jallet
DC - Barbaric, Armand
DC - Sakho, Toloi
DL - Tiene, Makonda

Midfield is a problem area where i dont have a clue...
Think how Chelsea play their narrow diamond, I want it along those lines with Carcela similar to Malouda's role.

Medhi Carcela (CM/AM/Wing)
Jeremy Clement (DM)
Clement Chamtome (AMC/MC/DM)
Giuly (Wing/ST/AMC?)

Any ideas, Ive been 4-4-2 till now and the fans are calling for change, They do have a point.
Im a loyalist to 4-4-2 but want to experiment with this Narrow 4-1-2-1-2!
