Help with FM10

Hi

I have just bought a new laptop with Windows 7 on it, I have installed FM 10 via Steam. It works fine apart from some graphics are missing such as when pick tactics there is the pitch but there is no player icons. Also missing is things like club badges. Does anyone what could be causing this?

I'm having the same problem. Doesn't even give the option for badges/logos in preferences menu Can anyone shed some light on this please?
