As you can see i need help setting up a tactic for AC Roma. This is my squad.View attachment 186122 I want to play a 4-1-2-1-2 or a 4-3-1-2 which one fits my team best at the moment?
I think that i got the best passers in the world in my team. where All my starting midfielders have more than 16 in passing. Therefore i want to build a tactic that utilize that fully, How to i do that best, controlling short passes?
Which general settings shall i go for?
What player roles shalll i assign?
This is how i play now, but i dont think that my setup is good enought

Ball winning midfielder (defend) De Rossi
