How do you find good players?

How do you guys go about finding good players?

I'm in my first season as Spurs and I would like to know how to find good players because I need a RB, LB, CB and ST. I do not want suggestions, I want to know how to find good players without cheating or looking up wonderkid shortlists.

first. you can list ideal and famous player matched on your seeking type

for example...

playmaking cm -pirlo. xavi. riquelme
box to box type cm- kawado. fellaini

next step. on these players profile
you will find a button which can do search ing similar type of player with ideal player

you will can select your team's new player with scouter

search teams from all around the world Asian clubs, African clubs etc etc...

as mentioned, use search filter, send scouts to look for certain types of players
