I don't have any youth coaches and am going to hire two, one will run the team. I already have one picked up with a good coaching attribute, the other one will have good working with youngsters, man management, discipline, motivation, determination, and adaptability. I have it narrowed down to a few candidates, but since I'm giving him control of the youth team, how much do his tactical preferences matter? I'm referring to the section under tactics on his screen, preferred formation, coaching style, playing style, playing mentality, etc. I have one or two candidates who are quite good, and another who is a little bit worse but has the perfect tactical preferences for my style...so how important is it?
