If you're in the first year? Yeah. He's just joined Arsenal, obviously they don't want to sell. Try in the second year, they maybe more willing then, although no guarantees considering you're a rival.

Might be worth, when you eventually do make an offer, charging a lot of it to monthly installments over 48months. This works really well if you're a premier league club, especially a high level one as it requires a lot less transfer budget!

But yeah, I agree with Sherkey, in the second year you could probably get him for 60-80 million, I'd think.

There are better cbs out there that are cheaper and the same age, like john stones!!!! he can be gotten for roughly £35million
