Buy players with high determination, increase tempo, push up.

I usually go all gung ho on tactics and players, usually saying things like "You useless *******!" or "My ******* granny players better footie than you!"

Instructions overload(I think), change the formation to an more attacking one, these sometimes work for me, sometimes I concede more but if it's a big game worth a risk nothing to lose.

get pleayers with higher determination, go overload, if you play with RM/LM push them up to AMR/AML.
