im trying to play like man utd do IRL but i am realising tht man utd have usually more possession nd to do this i have to play short passing but when man utd counter attack they get the ball forward quickly which is direct so i am confused

Leave it on mixed then with a slow(ish) tempo.

Ensure CA is ticked aswell.

i see, maybe you should just play a mixed style then with free roles for your attackers, and have counter attack selected and a high tempo. im not sure though, i normally play with just short passing at the moment (im barcelona) and the incisive breaks just sort of happen cos of the quality of the players and the fact i have 4 players with free roles

im just gonna play quick short passes with my wingers and strikers with free role nd see what happens
