Ok i am managing liverpool on an end of season database in which liverpool are looking for an owner. it is now march so can I do anything to push a takeover bid. I am missing out on cheap bargain buys as there is no allocated transfer money :'(

I'm not too sure about the first bit but have you checked who's going to be out of contract at the end of the season. I've picked up some right bargains from a free transfer during the course of my game.
