im playing fm 2014 and manage 6 clubs at same time.

all using 4-2-3-1 except chelsea 4-2-2-2.
GK- defend
CD- cover & stopper
FB- both cwa with attack
CM- deep lying playmaker & advance playmaker
AMR- Inside forward with support
AML- advance playermaker with attack
AMC- shadow striker
ST- Advance forward.
what do u thinks?
i dont know what to using like higher tempo, retain posseion and so on.
