Importance of youth coaches over coaches

Hi,
are youth coaches important to have if i have coaches who have 5 stars in both senior and youth coaching?
Will youth coach do better job then just a coach if star rating is the same? workload of coaches is light....

if a normal coach has youth rating it doesnt really matter as hes not coaching the youth, if you have a youth coach with good youth coaching its good because he actually tutors the youth
 
what's the point of coaches appearing in youth coaching trainings? I thought what you said applied only on first team coaches...

no, when looking for youth coaches you should just look at working with youngsters and possibly motivation, when looking for a coach you should look for attacking, defensive, tactical, technical and mental
