yeah, you select a league (prem I suppose) and instead of choosing a club you choose a nation, availability changes according to leagues loaded and database, but if you had england in mind, just load the prem, and so on for each national team. Or load all players from a weird country (san marino) then you can choose san marino. Hope it helps.
