So, its january in the 1st season in my arsenal save and go to buy to babacar. ive only got 5.9mil of by transfer budget left. his value is 5.75mil so i offer 5mil plus 10mil over next 24 months. after he accepts wages and work permit went through ok, the deal fell through as i had insufficent funds. is that right?

yeah because you need the initial 5m plus half of the 24 month instalments available now.

Offer the whole amount over 48 months he is worth it!!

It might also be because of the fact that the signing on fee and agent's fee were pretty high and exceeded your transfer budget.

Target Man Support seems to suit him best in my Stoke save.
Takes maybe a year to settle so dont expect him to hit the ground running.
He develops well with the right training and a bit of game time

yeah possibly then as the 2 fee's combined were 1.5mil

I dont think that counts it comes out of your balance but not your transfer budget.
