I am Shaktar and I have Benzema on loan and I recently noticed that his contrach ends in 30/6/2011 and I am in 15/2/2011 so I should be able to get him on pre contract in June but it is not an option.

Do you think I should terminate his loan to get him on free and take a chance or be safe and buy him for 6 million and be safe.

Wasnt so good at first but now he is on fire, as he should be, its Benzema in Ukraine.
Last 5 games : 6 goals (7.98 rating)

If they aren't any other teams interested in him I would take a risk and go for him on a free.

However , because Shakhtar have a decent sized budget(I think) then if you do buy him it shouldn't take up too much of your budget.
