steam error?

Hi everyone.

Can anyone help please everytime i try to start my football manager 2012 a window pops up saying

Steam error

your game is unavailable at the moment please please try again another time

i have contacted steam but no answer so far

Steam is attempting to patch the game for you. If you not connected to the internet or steam is in offline mode, steam won't be able to contact the servers to donwload the patch. Connect to the internet and switch to online mode and try again. Any other problems please use the thread above.
