You place a Job Advert due to knowing you can't attract the top coaches/scouts and whatever when you get your response you then have to look at all the stats to see whos best but you also get a notice that one of them has been in the paper wanting the job. Is that a random choice from the AI or is it them telling who the best choice is?

I don't know, it might be coincidence but when I advertised for someone to take the Italy U19's job in my Italy boss save the one in the paper was actually the best candidate....

never find anyone worthwhile, the one job that never gets any candidates for for months on end is the physio job! i think Fm need to sort it out 
well i do manage teams like Ghana and Ivory Coast etc, but im sure there are better coaches out there that would like too manage! also its maybe only advertised for the unemployed, hence them all being **** as they are unemployed!
the best way is to offer the jobs to your own staff who have you as their favourite personel...
