After updating my own database i wanted a challenge so i started as Swansea in the Premier League and managed to finish 15th in my first season. It looked bleak at Xmas but the signing of John Fleck from Rangers helped me to stay up as he scored 6 in 13 games. Now as the 2nd season has started i am doing really well with Fleck upfront again he currently has scored 7 in 7 in the league.

Now my dilema is as you can see Fleck is doing really well upfront but is not properly trained in this position and his training is also set to "midfield". Now i am thinking of telling him to learn playing as a striker properly and changing his training methods to "striker" but should i bother as he is doing well without these?? Im worried if i change then he might stop scoring and i cant lose his goals?

Suggestions please.

I would change it, he could do even better with it! But I guess if he gets worse then change back. Of course the training could be having little affect and it's just because he's a decent player ;)
