he is only 17 and has high potential with good overall starting stats, by the time he will be 21 he will have over 10 in everything plus his great pace makes him a great all rounder

I too think he's a bit on lesser ability side as far as hot prospects go, but not too bad! He'd be good for mid-table teams.
