Hey, just wanted to know whether you go on holiday during matches, or watch them.

Apologies if there is a thread like this already, i couldn't find one.

Watch, Going on holiday ruins the game for me..

only commentary :)
and i holiday inbetween matches unless its in the transfer period

I watch most of them, i don't watch friendlies or cup games though (only if i'm a team that doesn't stand a chance in it)

but if you do only commentary you might aswell skip hadn't you?

No. If you skip the match you have no control over what goes on during the game, you can't make sub's ect ect.

skip friendlies and any really unimportant matches like the last match of the season when my fate is decided

Whats the point in playing this game if you prefer to holiday? This game is not all about making transfers and tactics, it also much more than that. Timely substitutions, Changing tactics during the game, making some decisions during the game. For me it would be void if i dont watch the game

LOL It's not transfer guru 2010; it's football manager. Why would you holiday through all your matches?

True, i was just wondering because my friend says it's better to go on holiday.

I watch them all, even the unimportant ones. It's what the game is all about. (H) ;)
