just installed 11.3 and all my faces have disapeared

installled 11.3 and before had all the faces (near enough ) now theyve all dissapeared bar the premier leauge can anyone help me restore them ive gone inot preferences and treid to reload skina dn pics preferences but its still the same

Where have you placed the folder with the faces ?
updating to 11.3 shouldnt have any effect on downloaded graphics

yep happened to me, are you using a different skin? i reverted back to the original skins and then the faces re-appeared... not sure why it happens.

Ive got the same problem except when i go to the tactics screen i cant see the shirts and i cant see any players or managers or team crest pictures.
Ive got the original skin.
