Potential and Progression...

90% of the young players I've scouted are being rated 5 star potential by my scouts who are all above 16 for CA/PA... Surely this isn't possible?
Also, the progression bar, is that just how quickly they are progressing at present?

Which club are you? The scouting report will be comparing the players bassed on your squad so if you have, say a mid table Championship team, all the players who could be top Premier leauge players will be 5 stars but not necessarily the best compared to the Ronaldo's and Messi's of the world.

Im Newcastle, finished 6th, then 2nd and am currently 3rd... So my squads fairly good! But my scouts are pretty much recommending every player to me!
