League Rep Falls Back To Original Even after editing.

How to keep the league reputation the same even after 30 years of playing. I tried to change the Malaysian league rep and set it in the editor higher. However after few hours of holiday, the league rep falls back to the lower value.. even fmrte can't fix this as the value will be change back immediately after the season ends.

among the changes that I've made are:
Country rep: 1900>7500
League standard: 3>20
Economic Factor: 15>20
State of Dev: Developed state
Game importance: Very

My questions are:
1. What factor affects the league rep and caused it to drop significantly after few years?
2. Any tips??

Have you made the Malaysian clubs better? Are they doing well in the Asian Champions league? Are they bringing in higher profile players? Is the Malaysian national team doing well? These things will have an effect on the league rep.

Yeah I did change all the club playable. I changed their youth and recruitment. After 10 years Malaysia has become to 50 country in FIFA ranking. All of the clubs also has increased rep save for the league rep.
League rep is important to attract players...
The leagues itself produces fair amount of world class locals but the league rep still...
