Staff: Asst Coach

Ok I've been playing my career and i wanted to start hiring my staff. I notice that my "Asst Coach" is giving reports on my players. So my questions are:

1. Does my Asst Coach's ability to rate player come from his "Judge Players Ability" and "Judge Players Potential" attribute? The reason why i ask is because my coach is rated 8 and 9..very bad. Or does another attribute give my Asst Coach the ability to rate players?

2. How do i get my scouts to give a report on my "exsiting" players on my team. The reason why I ask is becasue their scouting rating is 15 to 17 which they will give me a more accurate report on my exsiting players.

1. Yes, it's those attributes.

2. Click on the dropdown menu of your team, next to your name. Choose "Team Report". On the top right you can choose who gives you a squad depth opinion. You can also choose individual players, go to the "Reports" section, and choose staff member on the top left.
