Liverpool Background

Just done a great Liverpool skin. But not sure how you save it and put it on the site? And how to put screenshots of it on here? The layout etc is based on the three skin.

Extract it and turn it into a rar.then upload screenshots is take one put it in paint and save a png !

Done a screenshot. Not sure how to extract it etc though to put it onto the sight. Bit more help?

right click on the folder put exract to... and then extract it then upload on this site
or put it on filefront and i will do it for you

Not sure what I've got to extract. Where to extract it so I'll let you do it. But how do I put it onto filefront?
