Hello and welcome to my story.
My name is Emilio Meneses and I am going to let you in on my adventure with the team in my heart, Liverpool FC.
I'm probably going to update after every season or so.

My Goals

~Short Term (The first three seasons)~
|x|x|
* Finish top 4, first season.
* Qualify for CL every year.
* Introduce some youngsters to the first team

~Long Term~
|x|
*Hopefully keep Gerrard in the first team for another nine seasons, until 2020.
*Find regens that were born in Liverpool that'll challenge for first team, and later replace Gerrard & co.
* Find quality regens from unusual countries
*Find twin regens, preferably with same type of positions. (like Fabio/Rafael from MUTD)
* Go unbeaten in the league, one season.
* Win all the trophies that are possible under the same season.
* Get regen touted the new "superstars" (Gerrard, Messi etc)

Overall: Make more money on transfers than I spend.

I'm happy with the transfer window, I bought some talented youth that will hopefully challenge for first team in a couple of years; or sell for a profit.
I also got in a few first teamers; Hamsik, Vrsaljko, Kadlec etc.
I spent quite a lot, but I still made some profit which I am extremely happy about.

The "highlight" of the season:

Comment:
Quite happy about this, but not really suprised as I expected us to qualify.

Great to finish 3rd! I was expecting us in the top 5, while the media prediction was 6th.

Best 11:

Well, what can I say? I am really happy about Hamsik adapting so quickly, being a key player from the start and I can see him being one of the legends of my Liverpool-reign I love him - No ****.
Only bad thing is that he was injured quite a lot; bad luck I guess.
Nicolas Lodeiro joined on a free - not planned - and has showed me that he's full of quality. Young, great player will be rotating with Shelvey on the AMC role while Gerrard will be a central-playmaker next to Lucas(or Crisetig) who will act as a Deep-lying playmaker.
Henderson suprised me due to me not having high expectations of him; I was planning on loaning him out but he showed me that he was worthy of a first team spot.
Suarez & Kadlec were great, banging in goals and both of them got a load of assists.
Felipe joined mid-season and was brought in as a back-up; he shows a lot of promise. Came in as a free with low wage, Doni was on a high wage and didn't really show anything to make himself worth the wage. Sold to Flamengo in Brazil.

Liverpool F.C - Awards & notable mentions

Luis Suarez, El Pistolero:

BPL - 3rd best scoring record.

Comment:
Really happy about Suarez being in the top 3 goal scorers of the BPL. Hopefully he'll get 1st place next season!

BPL - 3rd best player of the year.

Comment:
Well, he was fantastic and was in superb form for us last season - He deserves it.

Jordan Henderson:

BPL - 2nd best young player of the year.

Comment:
Henderson was superb for us last season, has a bright future ahead of him - He totally deserved second place.

Some players that played really great last season that I felt were worth showing:

Random comment about Hamad:
He was brought in as a back-up/young player who has never disappointed me in previous saves.
He's cheap, reliable & young - I really recommend him!
But I'm not really sure what I should do with him in the next seasons to come; should I keep him and try to make him a world class player & Liverpool legend - or should I try to develope him and sell him for "huge" profit?

Liverpool U20 Talents - Those who'll get a taste of playing for the mighty Reds.
Expect these youngsters to get quite a bit of game time.
These are the young players that I hope will step up to fill the shoes when some older players retire.

Jonjo Shelvey - Gerrards successor.

Lorenzo Crisetig - Lucas' long-term replacement.

Jack Robinson - The Left-back of the future.

John Flanagan - Liverpools future Right-Back.

Goals for the second season:

* Give the youngsters: Shelvey, Flanagan, Robinson, Crisetig some game time - Around 20-30 games preferably.
*Finish top 5: I feel like there's no use to put on the extra pressure, I'm not going to make any big signings this year and I'll focus more on youth which I didn't last season.
* Hopefully not leak more than 50 goals throughout the season in all competitions (last season we leaked around 77 goals)
* Hopefully Suarez will win the Goalscorer of the season award.

Comment:
Happy about he transfers, once again; got more money than I bought for.
Happy about the free transfer of Schelotto, will start as a back-up player and will hopefully prove himself worthy of wearing the Reds' shirt.

No worries mate, what is it that you disagree on?
Also, with new managers comes new "ways". ;)

Currently on top of the table, with an amazing run with the only defeat being in the pre seasons against Santos with the Liverpool reserves and youngsters.
Hopefully, this wonderful run will continue!
