mixing the scottish premier league & the english premier league into 1 competition

So,

Since i have been a fan of Celtic Glasgow for some time now i had the idea of mixing the Scottish PL & the English PL into 1 competition, because when u play with Celtic in FM its kinda boring because apart from the Rangers there isn't any good competition in the league..

now is it possible to create such a competition? because its more than just adding the teams to a comp, u gotta change the CL & every other cup

can anyone help me?

I moved celtic & rangers into the champoinship, and moved cardiff and swansea

file attached if you want it - i also gave the welsh teams extra money of a period of 5 years
