Make first team player available for the At (reserve) team (Spainish liga)

I'm at Barcelona, and I have a bunch of young players I want to make available for the At team.

The reason I don't want to send them on loan is that I want to improve the At team (currently it is in the B3 league.) If I simply move them to the At team squad then their transfer will be handled by the At team's manager, who is idiot enough to accept whatever money thrown at him.

Is there a way to keep them in the 1st team squad but make them available for the At team? Or to move them to the At team but reserve the right of dealing with their transfers?

nope, theres no way.

you will be notified when an offer comes in for the athletic manager to handle. simply move the player back to the main squad and the transfer is cancelled
