An idea for FM 2010..

Not sure if this has been suggested already but was thinking about having something like an ulitmate reality mode option for FM 2010.
Ulitmate reality mode would be that if you tick the designated box you wont be able to manage in the top division of certain countrys untill you have the matching critera i.e. coaching badges which would have to obtained by managing in the lower leagues for a certain amount of seasons.
Obviously it's not going to apeal to everyone so those who don't like the idea don't have to tick the ulitmate reality mode box and can start in any league they choose.
Well i think it's a kinda good idea,let me know what you guys think..

could be a good idea but pointless in ways cas if u wana start at a lower level and work your way up u could just start at a lower club

but in reality coaching badges can be picked up relatively easily if you can afford to spend the time and money on gaining them. i for example have just finished my FA Level 2 badge and can now skip uefa B and go straight to Uefa A if i want as i have specialised in goalkeeping and their is a shortage of goalie coahes atm.

i ahve coahed goalies in australia at queensland roar at youth and reserve level and managed a successful academy sqaud at the roar for 8 months. i have not spent years managing in the lower legaues but soon will have the qualifications of most football mangers. except for the uefa pro licencse which is needed for prem management. the pro license takes roughly a year to do.

if you set yourself as sunday league footballer you will only get offers from small clubs anyway.

i do think that you shouldnt have your reputation uped massively becasue u win bswp or league 2 etc. rarely do managers come to the prem from the championship, let alone a lower level. paul inces shocking spell at blackburn and martinez at wigan being a rare example.

but on the game i can go and win bsp or league two and my reputation will become continental. the offers from prem clubs willt hen start flooding in. so iwould like abit more relaism there
