Man Management Thread

I thought it'd be a good idea to set up a thread so people could put up advice about man management on FM. I think its a part of FM thats not discussed enough and could probably help people get much better at the game.

So for instance how do you do your:

• Team Talks
• Team Meetings
• How often and when you use individual player Interaction?

If your like me, then you might be a bit clueless about this sort of thing, so if anyone has any great suggestions- then I will add them to the OP.

Normally, I use interaction for Tutoring (who doesn't though, really?) and if a player or players have been outstanding in the last game or recent form.

For example, in a recent game against Zenit, Rooney, Valencia and Ferdinand played extremely well (all 9.0+). So I praised them.

Team talks, for the most part I ignore at this point (Sunday League Footballer managing Man Utd.. Hahaha )
