Missing piece of quality?

Ive just finished my second season in charge of Newcastle and managed to win the carling cup and the FA cup, while finishing second in the league but was some way off first. Ive been given 22.5 million transfer budget and im wondering who i could buy to give me that extra push towards a title challenge, also strengthening for a champions league campaign. I currently play 4-2-3-1 as follows:

Cabaye - Tiote/N'Zonzi

Gaitan - Lamela - Ben Arfa/Ba

Subs: Forster, Colocini, S.Taylor, Tiote/N'Zonzi, Ben Arfa/Ba, Ljajic, Vela.

Reserves: Guthrie, Gosling, Obertan, Shola Ameobi, Simpson

I'd replace your reserves with prospects, i.e ameobi for Fierro, Simpson for that croatian dude with the mental name (Vsialgo maybe, there could be a k in there at some point), Obertan with Sterling or something similiar, purchase your next generation
