I manage to keep it going until the start of season in Yr 2015.
I ranked 2nd on the Richest club behind Real on £1.2b
RICHEST CLUB 2015
My board give me £102m + 100% transfer income to spend. so far I have £202m. Coz I manage to keep my wage bill on £1.2-£1.3m per week.
TRANSFER BUDGET
My staff team are all fantastic with at least 6 stars on traning on the area that they are good at (spend alot of time to search, tried out and terminate contracts). Apart from the player turn coach during the game.

Some staff may not be world class when you see them earlier in the game, but after you win few titles, it will change.
I creat all training to suit positions to just below intensive, no player ever complain and can see stats growing up nicely.

I have 16 players in the first team with Worldwide reputation and a total £570.5m worth of player in a 27 players first team.
1st Team Total Value
I have a lot of 3/4 star rating player on my res but all loan out to get me income on loan fee and other team pay their wages.
Res Team
I always sign free players with good reputation and can always re-sell once they arrive, if you cannot sell stright away, still offer them to other team, then they will come back with a loan bid with future fees option, always set a high loan fee to the players value or higher and 100% wage, not to bother about future fees, 9 out of 10 times, that player wont accept personal term with the loan team, even if they accepted, you get a loan fee and transfer fee. When they come back from loan which will be much easier to sell, even if you still cant sell them, just loan them out again, this will only cost you about 1-2 months wage per years but can get you millions and millions.
My player sales/loan fee income in 2014 was £170m and 2015 £129m so far.

Some of my young english res players are full internationals, but only a few can play for the first team, but also due to the 8 HG player rules, I had to dig deep to get Richards from City at £70m.
Everytime when international call ups I will at least have 70-80 players out inc under 21.
I spend lots time to ask my scout to find young players, in my under 19 team, I have lots players have 4 stars, however most of them are created by the game as its in 2015.
U-18 TEAM
I use 4-1-2-2-1 (tough match tatic) and 4-1-1-2-2 (normal tatic) depends who I am playing againest, At the first few seasons, I always use 4-1-2-2-1 as its suits the player I have in Utd, then after a few seasons, I can afford better att players, then I switch to the 4-1-1-2-2 tatic, as I have 2 world class DM and MC to protect the back 4 and link to the front 4, so I tend to use it more often.
4-1-2-2-1 TOUGH MATCH TATIC
I set detailed to who is on wall, who stand on which post, who stay up on freekick or corner, my counter att are very good, about 1 out of 10 result in a goal as I leave 3 players up the field when defending FK or CK.
4-1-1-2-2 NOMAL TATIC
I always shop in the spanish league due to they have minimum release and also always match other teams offer when they try to buy the player I want to buy, then delay till the other team cancel, then go back with a lower bid and always get the player I want with much lower fees.
With your star players wage, let them sign new contract by decrease 5000/1000 at a time (depends on their wage level) until they are not happy to sign anymore, my CR7 still on £120,000 per week in 2015 which is the same as from the starting (he wont sign any contract lower than 120,000) and a team high wage earner, the next one down is Messi on £63.000 per week only. You can also do that by offer high wage to beat off other team try to sign your player or the player you want to sign, then just reduce it later. Please note it does not work on staff. And it does take alot of time, but at the end you get much bigger transfer budget.
