Napoli Tactic

Hi,
Am playing with napoli at the moment and i'm in early november 2010 but the tactic that i am using is a complete fail so could you help me

• Must have Marek Hamsik and Anrea Poli fit into the tactic
• And im 2nd in the league (a no but my tactics have been faailing lately)
• I'm on the 11.1 patch if that makes a difference
