How to get the best out of Jack Cork

Jack Cork got injured for around 3-4 months last season when he was in amazing form, since he has came back he has been ridiculously poor.

Anybody know how I can get better out of him? I am playing him in CM Support which is his favoured position/role, and I don't know what to do.

Have a conversation with him and say he isnt performing up to standard, make sure his morale is up, if it isnt try a team meeting, try dropping him for around 5 games and he should come back really well
