Depends on your budget. I've found that the asking price on Scuffet is VERY HIGH. In my second season I bought Lloris for 30m and I don't regret it.

If you're looking for a younger keeper Rulli is also very good and is ready to contribute sooner than scuffet imo. Ter Stegen won't even sniff at you unless your club is top notch in reputation.
