Need an Assistant Manager

Currently in my second season with Rangers and Coisty has abandoned me to go to Liverpool. So in desperate need of a new assistant. Ian Durrant doesn't want to change roles from First Team Coach. So was looking for any suggestions for a new assistant, for some reason my board will only offer up to £2,600 a week in wages so need someone cheap.

Preferably would like someone Scottish or in some way associated with a Scottish team (eg Terry Butcher and the like)

Eric Black from Sunderland or Sandy Steward from Barnley if they both ask for high wages (wich i dont beleave will happen) try Paul Hampshire but he is a low quality...
