Well, I'm trying to create an entire team, 20 players, that are only from the UK or Ireland. I choose Arsenal, because it would be the hardest, they have a legion of foreigners which I try to replace in +/- 2 seasons. But I can't find a decent goalkeeper. I bought Butland, but I'm not sure he will ever reach the top of the PL. Anyone got any good idea's?

I think that Butland will reach that level if you give him games, other than regens, he's your best bet. maybe Forster as a backup.
