Hello dear Managers!

How do you do when you are going to sign a expensive player?
How do you to to get the price as low as possible? Do you try to make him unhappy throught media or do you have some other techniques?

Please share every little tip you have of how to make a player as cheap as possible!

declare interest (you will know if he wants to come), scout him, (if young "admire youngster"),make a bid, probably start low but some expensive players will go for only a lot of money (duh they are expensive), then offer the contract (start low, let him show what he wants, go under it with everything, and they they will show probably something higher then your offer but lower then first and then try to get something a bit lower then that and negotiate a bit, sometimes it will go fast and easy and sometimes bit slower

I am not having so much problem with the contract negotiations. The hardest part is to negotiate with the club. Which clauses do you use when you make a bid?

% of profit on next sale always works good, aim low, ehh maybey trade a player.

I like putting big clauses on appearances after 40/50 games or 40/50 goals (maybe 10 goals if they're a defender). It's risky though because you might have to pay those clauses when you don't have much money. If you're good at the game though you can plan ahead to have that money available and you can also save some money to help with other targets.
