New manager.

I want to promote Carl Fletcher of Plymouth Argyle to manager now that Peter Reid has gone. With FMRTE I can only swap people with equal jobs, ie a manager for a manager etc. Does anyone know how I can do this?

use the Editor 2011 11.3.0b175349... You can change the contract there...
